- Language Requirement: Minimum CLB/NCLC Level 4
- Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent

Instead of requiring prior work experience in Canada, applicants can qualify if they:
- Have recent and relevant work experience in home care
OR- Have completed at least 6 months of home care-related training
✅ Job Offer Flexibility
Applicants need a full-time job offer in the home care sector (outside Quebec), which can be from:

- Pediatric home care services

- Direct care agencies
- Organizations providing short-term or occasional home care
Placement and recruitment agencies will not be eligible.
