You can renew and pay your fees online by logging in to Maintain Your Membership with your email address and password. Unless you have changed it, your password is the same one you used last year.
The deadline to renew, without additional late fees, is 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2024
The 2025 renewal fee for or all RNs, RPNs and NPs in the General, Extended classes is $400.02 including HST.
The renewal fee for those in the non-practicing class is $74.58 including HST.

What happens if anyone don’t pay the fee before the Dec. 31 deadline?
They will be charged a late fee of $130 before taxes ($146.90 with HST.)
Other key dates:
Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025: CNO mail Notice of Intent to Suspend letters to those who haven’t renewed by Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2024. Once you receive this letter, you have 30 days to complete your renewal and pay the required fees, including the late fee of $130 before taxes ($146.90 with HST).
Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025: CNO suspend the registration of those who haven’t paid the fees and completed annual renewal. At this point, you have 30 days to provide all outstanding fees and information before your registration expires. Note that you can’t practice as a nurse in Ontario with a suspended membership.
Monday, March 24, 2025: CNO expire memberships for those who have not completed renewal.
